Strong Commercial demand drove the Autumn Sale at Stirling on 21st October, with a tremendous show of Bulls judged by Peter Burgess Tilbrook Farm, Lower Boddington, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 6XY The Boyd family from Slievenagh Farm, 78 Ballynafie Road, Portglenone, County Antrim, N Ireland, BT44 8DQ had a day to remember getting top price on the day 16,000gns with Slievenagh Emperor, a Curaheen Apostle son out of a Cairnview Snazzy daughter. Robin, newly elected Society Vice President, Darla, Chris and Jamie also had the Overall Champion & Junior Male Champion with Slievenagh Extra Special, a Kilbride Farm Bantry son out of an Omorga Prince daughter, selling for 9000gns to Clive Houdley for his Manor Park herd, Kirtleton House, Waterbeck, Lockerbie, DG11 3HD

Outgoing Society President Iain Green, daughters Laura and Gemma and stockman Robert from Corskie, Garmouth, Fochabers, Moray, IV32 7NN also had a day to remember, selling 3 bulls at over 10000gns with an average of over 9000gns for 6 sold.
