CRACKLEY SALE REPORT – WORCESTER MARKET 10TH OCTOBER 2015

Due to the impending intrusion of HS2 The Crackley herd was reduced at Worcester Market on the 10th of October 2015. 

A large ring full of buyers were present from around the UK and Eire.

 

Top price on the day was 3500gns for Crackley Cadette 189E(P) , a Holm Danni daughter out of a Vingegaard Texas dam, purchased by David Wall, Curaheen, Hazelhatch Road, Newcastle, Co. Dublin

 

Two lots traded at 3000gns

 

First  Crackley Cadette 115V, a Lamhoj Supery daughter out of a Crackley Klassic dam with a heifer calf at foot, purchaser was Mr Raymond O'Malley, Purcellstown House, Ardee, Co Louth, Eire

 

Then also at 3000gns was Crackley Iris 92F , a Tiset Darwin daughter out of a Lamhoj Supery dam, purchaser was Mr J Tuohy, Coose, Whitegate, Co Galway.

 

Selling for 2350gns was Crackley Iris 74B (PP), a Tiset Darwin daughter out of a Vingegaard Texas daughter, she sold with her heifer calf at foot to Mr & Mrs Hawkey, Sowenna, Higher Tregolls, St. Wenn, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL30 5NT (Sowenna)

 

Crackley Cornelia 84C the sold for 2150gns, another by Lamhoj Supery out of a Langmose Triton daughter, again purchased by Mr & Mrs Hawkey, Sowenna, Higher Tregolls, St. Wenn, Bodmin, Cornwall, PL30 5NT (Sowenna)
